How you can help

Support or sponsor the Chelsea-Shimizu Exchange Program

The Sister Cities Association of Chelsea, Michigan, is a non-profit, volunteer organization. Donations are tax deductible and every gift is appreciated.

Gifts are used in two ways:

  • Long-term funds will help create a perpetual income to offset the chaperone's travel expense and hopefully someday any scholarship needs
  • Short-term funds are raised by the current cohort to help to offset travel expenses.

Students run car washes and bake sales, organize a dance at the middle school, sell candy and develop creative ways to earn money.
